The man accused of attacking and murdering Alyssa Lok, who was found guilty of the crime in 2000, could spend the rest of his life in prison if convicted. The Davidson County Deputy District Attorney has filed paperwork seeking a life sentence without parole for the accused. The prosecutor's office has not yet disclosed the exact date for the alleged murder.
