Comedian Theo Von has voiced his frustrations on "The Joe Rogan Experience" about the government's lack of draft participation and the role of wealthy individuals in military operations. Von argued that rich people should put their children in the service. This is not the first time the federal government has employed the draft, and the majority of the volunteer military are "honkies." All military branches are majority white, with the Navy the least white and the Marine Corps the most white (79.6%). While whites are overrepresented in every branch of the military, among Americans aged 18 to 24, about 50.5% identify as solely white.
