Libertyville High School senior softball player, Maddy Kleemann, has been a standout player for the team and has been trusted to handle pitch-calling. She has grown into a leader and has excelled in her position, batting.389 with an.889 OPS and 22 RBIs for the Wildcats last season. Inspired by other sports at the school, she launched a buddy system that pairs upperclassman with younger player for bonding activities, support, and more. Her positive attitude and commitment to the team have been noted by teammates and coaches. Starting next season, she will need to travel further to play at the next level.
