Man Arrested Following Fatal Stabbing In Manhattan, Police Say

A man has been arrested following a fatal stabbing incident that left one man dead and another injured in Hell's Kitchen, New York. The incident occurred at 4:47 a.m. on April 23 and occurred outside the Urban Pathways Drop-in Center on Ninth Avenue between West 51st and West 52nd streets. The victims were transported to hospital and are currently in a stable condition.
