A 42-year-old man from Fairview Park, Ohio, was arrested on April 6 after allegedly attacking a man, 50, who ran a business in the building. The argument was over a spare tire left in the parking lot and the man attempted to give it to the business owner, but instead he threw it to him. The man then punched the man several times in the face and threatened him with a pipe. The business owner and the Fairview park man admitted to their disagreement over the tire.
