FIA reports 'constructive dialogue' in initial F1 rules meeting

The International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF) has reported "constructive dialogue on difficult topics" during an initial meeting of technical experts to discuss possible changes to the 2026 regulations. The meeting was generally agreed on the need for tweaks to the regulations in the area of energy management. The FIA also outlined the schedule for the upcoming events, including a Sporting Regulations meeting on April 15 and another technical session on April 16.
