Clara Shih, a former top AI executive at Salesforce and Meta, is launching a foundation that aims to provide tools for the next generation of workers to navigate the uncertain job market. The New Work Foundation will debut with three tools, JobClaw, Field Report, and an open-source prototype on GitHub. Shih also addressed concerns about AI eroding entry-level jobs and suggested that those who lack the necessary skills are doing themselves or society any harm by escheating AI for moral reasons.
