Mandarin grad Carson Beck drafted by Cardinals in third round

Carson Beck, a former football player from Jacksonville, has been drafted by the Arizona Cardinals in the third round of the NFL draft. He played at Providence and then transferred to the University of Miami, where he led the team to the national championship game. This makes him the sixth quarterback from a local school to be selected in the NFL.
