The American Customer Satisfaction Index has revealed that Samsung has the highest rating of any major vacuum brand in 2025. The survey also found that respondents were impressed with the ease of the best vacuamic and the reliability of the associated smartphone apps. However, other major brands were found to be close to the bottom of the list.
