'It Meant Everything': South Jersey Diner Readies To Reopen After Fire, Thanks Community

South Jersey Diner, formerly known as The Westmont, is set to reopen after a kitchen fire in 2025. The community's support and dedication to the restaurant made it easier to reopen, particularly through a GoFundMe campaign launched by management. The restaurant collaborated with local businesses, contractors, and partners to bring the quality and atmosphere back to the former site of the Crystal Lake Diner. The soft opening of the restaurant is scheduled for Thursday.
