He explained that he formed his first partnership in 1956 and has been in this building for 50 years. The tour included a year-end balance sheet, which he typed up himself, and various partners, including his father-in-law, his mother, sister, and husband Truman. Buffett also shared his thoughts on the economy, including the Presidential Medal of Freedom, and investments that he reinvested into Berkshire Hathaways.
