Pedestrian dies after being hit by driver in San Jose

A driver has killed a pedestrian crossing Almaden Expressway and San Jose Avenue, marking the fourth pedestrian death in San Jose. The pedestrian was not in a marked crosswalk and was taken to a hospital where he died from his injuries. The driver, who stopped at the scene, cooperated with the investigation.
