Netflix Nabs Tyler Perry Firefighter Series ‘Where There’s Smoke’

The prolific filmmaker Tyler Perry has announced a new firefighter drama series, Where There’s Smoke, at Netflix. The 16-episode show will follow the lives of a group of firefighters as they navigate the challenges of their profession and personal struggles. The series is being produced by Angi Bones and Tony Strickland of Tyler Perry Studios and follows Perry's ongoing creative partnership with Netflix.
