F Foo Fighters rocker Dave Grohl has spoken about his life after revealing that he had an affair and has undergone over 430 therapy sessions. The revelation came after Grohl revealed in a social media post that he fathered a child outside of his marriage with wife Jordyn Blum. He has since been in therapy six days a week for 70 weeks and has not specified whether this admission was the main reason for seeking help. Grohl, who married Blum in 2003, recalled years where he was overly ambitious in his career and spread himself "so thin". He also expressed his desire to repair his relationships with Blum and their three daughters.
