Kia has confirmed that it will launch a mid-size pickup truck in North America before 2030. The company has filed for a U.S. trademark for the name Tasman, which could be a version of the brand's rugged-looking, body-on-frame Tasman. The vehicle will feature a hybrid powertrain and a possible range-extended plug-in hybrid version. Kia's mid-sized pickup truck will cost around $35,000 and will be a new addition to the automaker's lineup.
