The remains of two ships set to cross the Canadian Arctic in 1845 have been discovered, with all 129 men on board. Researchers were able to identify them through DNA tests. One of the sailors identified as John Bridgens, who is also known as journalist Rich Preston. The discovery of the remains of these individuals was made public.
