A proposal by a group of Disney shareholders aimed to review its Disability Access Service (DAS) policies in its theme parks has received preliminary support from about 5% of shares during the March 18, 2026 annual meeting. The proposal requested an independent third-party review of the legal, financial, and reputational risks associated with recent changes to its disability access policies. Disney CEO Josh D'Amaro addressed the issue during the Q&A session, but did not commit to any specific changes to the program. While the measure did not pass, it is still eligible to potentially resubmission in a future proxy cycle.
