Record-setting heat is forcing last-minute changes to outdoor ceremonies in Phoenix, forcing couples to make significant financial decisions. Annabelle Abel's wedding is set to take place at the Phoenix Country Club this weekend when temperatures could reach 105 degrees. The wedding planner, Kaitlyn Graf, has added fans, parasols and umbrellas to her outdoor wedding and opened up the reception space during cocktail hour to allow guests to escape the heat. Graf also noted that making last minute changes can be difficult and stressful, especially for out-of-town guests who had to leave their homes in high temperatures.
