Denver band Bleed The Vain, formed in 2022, is currently working on a trio of new tracks, including a cover of Testament's 1997 "Demonic Refusal" and a duo of EPs for this year. The band, which also features vocalist Payden Brown and Dennis Schaudt, is also working on new material, shifting from metalcore to thrash-influenced melodeath. The group's next gig is on March 26 at Black Sky Brewery, featuring Albuquerque act Negative Order and local newcomers Purified. They are also set to open for Kottonmouth Kings on May 6 at HQ.
