Elyria police release identity of victim in fatal shooting

Nicholas Burkholder, 25, of Elyria, Ohio, was shot early Sunday morning in the morning following a confrontation with a 54-year-old man who claimed his truck had broken down. The incident occurred near a broken-down truck. No charges have been filed yet, but police are still investigating the shooting.
