He suggested that both Kimmel and Trump's actions were meant to distract from other issues such as the president’s low approval ratings and the ongoing investigation into the Trump-Epstein files. The FCC has begun an early review of Disney's broadcast TV licenses, but a Disney spokesperson confirmed that their record demonstrates their continued qualifications under the Communications Act and the First Amendment.
