Lefty lefty Lodolo will replace fellow lefty Abbott in the Reds' rotation for the first three-game series against the Red Sox starting on March 26, which could potentially benefit the team for at least the first two games of the regular season against Boston. Lodolo has been plagued by injuries throughout the season, including a minor groin strain in his final regular-season start on Sept. 25 and a temporary stint on the sidelines of the World Series. He also missed several games due to a blister on his left index finger in August.
