Juan Carlos “Parcero” Thola-Duran, a 59-year-old Santa Clarita man, pleaded guilty to federal charges that he helped a South American crime tourism group commit burglaries and other crimes throughout the United States. The burglary spree reportedly resulted in $23.9 million in losses.
