St. Maarten's government has warned of a scam charging tourists for processing an immigration form that should be free. The fake third-party website is charging $139.99 for the free entry card. The form, which is required for entry, can be completed online up to seven days before a trip and requires personal information such as name, nationality, passport information, emergency contact, and other details. If you believe you have been charged, contact your bank or card provider.
