Applied Digital closes $2.15B deal to build out Harwood AI campus

Applied Digital Corporation has secured over $2.15 billion in a bond offering to fund construction of its massive artificial intelligence data center near Harwood, North Carolina. The funding will specifically support the construction of 200 megawatts of critical computing capacity at the site. The bonds carry a 6.25% interest rate and will mature in 2031. The company also operates the Polaris Forge 1 data center campus in Georgia.
