Achieve Life Sciences (NASDAQ:ACHV) has announced a partnership with Adare Pharma Solutions for the manufacturing of cytisinicline, a drug product developed to address nicotine dependence. The partnership is expected to reduce risks associated with international importation and potentially lower costs, as Achieve progresses towards a commercial launch in the first half of 2027. The company also revealed that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration recently inspected one manufacturer involved in the cytisicline application and identified two observations related to solid oral dose manufacturing.
