Goldsboro police have arrested a fugitive named Daktari Harris, who had been evading authorities for over a year. The arrest occurred after police found him in possession of a gun and recovered the weapon. After the arrest, federal partners presented the case to the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of North Carolina, where a federal indictment was issued.
