Brionna Pratt, a first-generation college student, law student, and homeowner, took the Bar Exam five times between 2021 and 2026, investing over $25,000 in a single goal: becoming an attorney. Each attempt required resilience, sacrifice and growth beyond the test itself. After her first failed attempt in 2021, Pratt felt "sadness, anger and frustration," but kept going. She credits her perspective and faith to her faith and support system, which she credits for her success. Despite setbacks, Pratt admits that her decision to withdraw from the next exam was one of the best decisions she made, allowing her to structure her life around the process. She also credits her focus on her mental health, career, and personal time as a result.
