The Kansas City Glory, a pro women's tackle football team, is set to begin its seventh season with a home opener against the Seattle Majestics. The Glory is one of 16 teams in the Women's National Football Conference ( WNFC), with three of six games set for their home turf at Pembroke Hill School. The team's roots date back to 2007 and includes former players from the KC Tribe, a Women's Football Alliance team that won the championship in 2009.
