Sunrise Middle receives $50,000 from FPL in Fort Lauderdale to help ignite passion for STEM in students

The $50,000 grant from Florida Power and Light will be used to transform one of the school's classrooms into an innovative learning space. The space will include technology and resources that advance the STEM curriculum. The funds will be distributed to 10 schools in Florida each year.
