Police Blotter: Teen accused of Allston shooting surrenders

A 16-year-old boy, who was not named, surrendered to Boston Police late Saturday night after he allegedly shot another teen in Allston. The suspect is facing multiple juvenile charges including carrying a loaded firearm without a license, assault and battery attempt with a firearm, possession of ammunition without an FID card, discharging a firearm within 500 feet of a building, and firearms use in a felony. The victim was transported to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Meanwhile, police are looking for a suspect who allegedly broke into a home and stole several items, including a vehicle, before fleeing the scene.
