A four-building collection of warehouses in the Meadowlands, New Jersey, have been sold for $48.3 million. The sale was arranged by Cushman & Wakefield and secured by the buyer, Kurv Industrial. The properties, which cover over 256,000 square feet of space, are located in various locations across the country. The portfolio includes properties at 194 and 320 Veterans Blvd. and 599 Gotham Parkway.
