Rapper Trick Daddy has defended his songs, stating that there "ain't no clean version" of his songs following a recent performance at the Alpha Kappa Alpha sorority's 73rd South Atlantic Regional Conference. The event was shut down due to "disrespect" and "not acceptable" lyrics. The sorority’s director, Tiffany Moore Russell, stated that they had agreed with Trick Daddy in advance that he would not rap any inappropriate lyrics. Following the incident, Trick Daddy released a video explaining his side of the story and demanded that the organization pay him the remainder of his performance fee.
