Canton Attorney Sworn In To Serve On School Board

Cronically selected attorney Amy LaChance has been appointed to the Canton School Board. The appointment was unanimously approved by board members during their last regular meeting. LaChance's term will extend through Nov. 16, 2027. The position was initially posted on Jan. 21 and there were nine applications received, with three withdrawing and one failing to attend an interview. The selection process was conducted through a subcommittee of the board.
