New Haven Boy, 16, Charged In February Non-Fatal Double Shooting: NHPD

A 16-year-old New Haven boy has been charged with first-degree assault, reckless endangerment, unlawful discharge of a firearm, and possessing a firearm without a permit. The incident occurred in the early hours of February 15. Both victims were transported to other locations and their injuries were deemed non-life-threatening. The case was investigated by Major Crimes Detective Thomas Brannish.
