Old Dominion ROTC instructor killed by convicted ISIS terrorist ID’d as chair of military science department who served in the Middle East

Lt. Col. Brandon Shah was the decorated chair of Old Dominion University's military science department and served several tours in the Middle East. He was shot by convicted ISIS-supporter Mohamed Bailor Jalloh during a classroom teaching session. Two other ROTC members were injured in the incident. Shah was an alumnus of ODU, the University of Georgia, and the United States. The FBI is investigating the shooting as an act of terrorism.
