The average daily temperature in the Twin Cities was just under 79, with temperatures reaching 90 or above for nearly half of the month. The Twin Cities spent nearly half the month sweating through temps of 90 or over. Despite this heat, August will be more pleasant, with temps in the 80s throughout the week.
