A Senate Judiciary subcommittee hearing will examine what Republicans are calling Joe Biden's "Watergate". The committee also revealed that former special counsel Jack Smith had subpoenaed Kash Patel's phone records, texts, and credit card and bank information. The subpoenas were made under a Non-Disclosure Order signed off by a federal judge.
