A Laredo man, 24-year-old Jorge Armando Pedraza, is facing felony charges for allegedly ramming his truck into another vehicle following a fight in a parking lot. The incident occurred at a restaurant on March 17. The woman, who witnessed the fight, stated that her boyfriend was involved in a dispute with another male and then followed them in his red Ford F-150. Pedaza was charged with two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
