Pinky's will open in June in downtown Phoenix, replacing Angel's Trumpet Ale House, a former gastropub that served for 13 years. The sports bar and grill is a partnership between Robert Cissell, Ariel Bracamonte and developer Chuckie Duff. The restaurant is expected to open in the reimagined space on Second and McKinley streets on June 1. The menu will include regular bar food, featuring wings, stadium dogs, nachos and rodeo sliders topped with onion rings and barbecue sauce. The new bar's name is a nod to Arizona's ranching past, and renovations are underway to transform the space.
