The Fredericksburg E-911 Center received several reports of multiple gunshots being fired at around 2:45 p.m. The victim, who has not been identified, sustained serious but non-life-threatening injuries and is in a stable condition at a local hospital. The suspects are still at large. Police are seeking security camera footage taken from the day of the incident.
