The arrest occurred in June 2024 after Timberlake left a hotel on Long Island, N.Y., and was initially charged with one count of driving while intoxicated and two citations, but later pleaded guilty to a lesser charge. Following the release of police body camera footage from Timberlake's arrest on March 20, Biel expressed dissatisfaction over the renewed attention it has brought to her husband’s case.
