Manchester United fury at 'astonishing' penalty decisions

Manchester United has expressed anger over two penalty decisions during their 2-2 draw against Bournemouth, with interim manager Michael Carrick describing the decisions as "astonishing". The decision not to award Manchester United an earlier penalty left Carrick and his team feeling unsatisfied. The penalty was not given when Amad Diallo appeared to be pulled back inside the box by Adrien Truffert, with Manchester United leading 1-0. The referee's decision to not award an earlier spot-kick was seen as "baffling".
