Blake Lively Unfazed After Lawsuit Setback, Vows to Keep 'Fighting'

Blake Lively's lawsuit against Justin Baldoni, the director of the film It Ends With Us, was dismissed after 10 of her 13 claims were dismissed. The dismissal comes just six weeks before a trial in Manhattan federal court is set to begin. Lively had claimed that Baldoni and the other defendants subjected her to "disturbing" sexual harassment during the film's production and engaged in a "sophisticated, coordinated" online smear campaign after she spoke out against them. She urged others not to be distracted by the "celebrity drama" framing of the lawsuit as a publicity stunt. A new 152-page ruling earlier this week left Lively’s claims for retaliation and breach of contract against the movie's producers, as well as her aiding and abetting retaliation claim against The Agency Group PR.
