Korea Box Office: ‘The King’s Warden’ Rules With 82% Market Share

Historical drama "The King's Warden" topped the South Korean box office over the weekend, earning an 82.01% market share, marking its highest share since its release. The film earned $11.8 from 1,750,991 admissions over the three-day weekend. It has now reached a cumulative gross of $56 million from 8,484,426 admissions. In second place, "Humint" earned $895,678 from 124,622 admissions. The live-action remake of "5 Centimeters per Second" debuted in third place, earning $217,036 over the same weekend and $383,843 since its Feb. 25 launch. The overall market collective gross for the weekend was $14.4 million, up from the previous week's $13 million.
