The Nasdaq experienced its worst week in nearly a year, driven by concerns about the U.S.-Iran war and legal issues. Google parent Alphabet fell nearly 9% and Microsoft sank almost 7%, while Nvidia and Amazon slipped about 3% each. Meanwhile, Micron, a memory maker, saw double-digit drops due to a shortage of AI processors due to soaring demand. The company's shares fell more than 15% for the week, but they are still up almost 300% over the past 12 months. Concerns about the conflict in the Middle East and rising oil prices also contributed to the drop. The Nasdaq dropped 3.23% for a week, the last time such a selloff occurred was in April after President Donald Trump's threats of sweeping tariffs.
