Columbus Mayor Andrew Ginther is set to deliver the State of the City address, focusing on public safety and housing achievements rather than new plans. Last year, Ginther proposed a $500 million bond package, which was approved by voters. This year, he will focus more on these achievements than new ones. Additionally, he emphasized the importance of becoming America's "women's sports capital".
