The Draper City Police Department confirmed that there is an open "domestic assault investigation" regarding Paul and Mortensen, who share a 1-year-old daughter. The fifth season of Mormon Wives was halted due to the serious nature of Paul's past. A source close to Paul denied that she was violent during the incidents and said she remains focused on the upcoming Bachelorette premiere.
