A California police officer has been placed on administrative leave following a fatal collision with a speeding car. The incident occurred during which four people were exposed to organophosphorus, a toxic chemical used in pesticides. The deputy was attempting to catch two speeding vehicles when the collision occurred. The woman's car veered off the road and collided with a concrete support.
