Defense attorney Mark O'Mara will present a court hearing showing surveillance video of a fatal shooting outside an Orlando nightclub. Jean Gabriel Borja Gil De La Madr, who was charged with second-degree murder in the shooting death of 33-year-old Julien Cruz, has retained O'mara as his attorney. The hearing will address a motion O'amara has filed asking the judge to set a bond for his client, stating that he poses no threat to the community he lives in. The shooting may have constituted an act of self-defense, according to O’Mara.
